I’ll be honest: my first trip to Hogsmeade in Hogwarts Legacy was a blur of butterbeer, broom upgrades, and me getting absolutely walloped by a troll. But once the dust settled, I realized this cozy wizarding shopping center is hiding a cheeky little secret: nine Demiguise statues. If you’re chasing Gladwin Moon’s Alohomora upgrades in 2026, Hogsmeade is the best place to start. All nine are reachable with Level 1 and Level 2 Alohomora, so you don’t need to be a master burglar. Here’s my first-person route through South, North, and West Hogsmeade.

South Hogsmeade: Four Statues and a Whole Lot of Sneaking

South Hogsmeade is the area just at the main entrance into Hogsmeade, where you’ll find essential shops such as Ollivanders, Tomes and Scrolls, and Spintwitches Sporting Needs. There are four Demiguise statues here.

1. Tomes and Scrolls Back Room

For this statue, enter the Tomes and Scrolls shop at the front entrance to South Hogsmeade. Inside, just behind Thomas Brown, you’ll notice a small backroom on the left. This is where the Demiguise will be located. I almost walked right past it because I was too busy eyeballing spellbooks. Don’t be like me.

2. Second Floor Of House Next To Three Broomsticks

Start at the South Hogsmeade Floo Flame. When you arrive, head north on the map until you see The Three Broomsticks. Just beside The Three Broomsticks will be a small house with a wooden door and a cart on the left side. Head inside here, and go up to the second floor. You’ll find the statue up here. Easy peasy.

3. Second Floor Of House North Of Tomes And Scrolls

To reach this house, head north from Tomes and Scrolls. Turn down the left-hand path when you arrive, and you’ll want to enter the second house on the left. Inside, go up to the second floor bedroom on the left, where you’ll find the statue on top of a dresser. I felt like a proper sneak doing this one.

4. The Three Broomsticks Private Room

Enter The Three Broomsticks, the inn and pub located towards the middle of Hogsmeade. You’ll want to head upstairs all the way to the very top, where there will be a locked door. Use Alohomora, and you’ll find the statue inside this room on a coffee table. A private room in a pub? Very suspicious. Very useful.

North Hogsmeade: Three Statues in the Town Center

North Hogsmeade is where the main town center is located, and where you’ll find exciting shops such as Honeydukes, Gladrags Wizardwear, and more. There are three Demiguise statues in this location.

5. Gladrags Wizardwear

Enter inside Gladrags Wizardwear in North Hogsmeade, and turn right. You’ll find a Demiguise statue sitting on a counter next to a cash register. Honestly, that statue has better fashion sense than half my gear.

6. House Next To Brood And Peck

Use the North Hogsmeade Floo Flame to arrive at the correct location. Head north until you see Brook and Peck to the left. Just beside the shop on the right, you’ll notice a small house made of stone on the edge of the water. Head inside here using Alohomora, and the statue will be above the fireplace. Cozy, right? Until you remember you’re robbing the place.

7. House Behind Honeydukes

Make your way to the Floo Flame from North Hogsmeade. Just behind Honeydukes, you’ll notice three small homes. Approach the one at the very end on the right, just directly behind the sweets shop. You will only need Level 1 Alohomora to enter here. Inside, you’ll find the statue below a painting on a small table. This one is a piece of cake.

West Hogsmeade: Two Statues and a Dodgy Pub

West Hogsmeade is the home of the popular, yet uncleanly, Hog’s Head pub. It’s generally suggested that students stay away from this area. You’ll find two Demiguise statues in West Hogsmeade in total. Naturally, I went anyway.

8. Hog’s Head

You can find this statue inside Hog’s Head in West Hogsmeade. Head inside the pub, and then enter the backroom on the right. The statue will be inside here on top of some crates. The pub is grim, but the statue is right as rain.

9. House Next To J. Pippin’s Potions

You can find this house directly next door to J. Pippin’s Potions. You can unlock the door using Level 2 Alohomora, and then head upstairs. The statue will be on a dresser by the bed. That’s the last one in Hogsmeade. Cue the victory lap.
